  • Photos and details of the damage (i.e. description, areas of property damage)
  • Copy of lease agreement
  • Original property condition report
  • Exit property condition report
  • Rental ledger
  • Eviction notices
  • Bond Documentations
  • A report from a qualified repairer with a quote (for non-urgent repairs)
