It’s important that we have all the information needed on your incident to ensure a smooth and speedy claims process. Here are some of the information you’ll be asked to provide:

  • Your name or business name
  • Your phone no.
  • Date and time of the event
  • Photos and details of the damage (i.e. description, type of goods damaged)
  • Copy of consignment note
  • Delivery docket
  • Bill of landing or Airway bill
  • Damage inspection report
  • Report from a qualified repairer
  • Carrier confirmation of loss
  • Stock loss documentation
  • Commercial invoice for affected goods purchase
  • Letter of demand from the owner of the affected goods
